Download your data or close your account
Download everything we hold about you as a file, or schedule your account for deletion with a 7-day window to change your mind.
You can take a copy of your data, or close your account, at any time.
Download your data
- Open Privacy & data.
- Under Download your data, click Download my data.
You get a JSON file with your profile, applications, test results, GH Score reports, orders and invoices, and the record of every consent you gave or withdrew. The interviewer's private notes are not included.
Close your account
- Open Privacy & data and find Close my account.
- Read any Before you go notes, such as upcoming interviews.
- Optionally tell us why.
- Type DELETE in Type DELETE to confirm.
- Click Schedule deletion and confirm.
What happens
- Your profile leaves search, the talent pool and agencies straight away.
- Deletion takes effect after 7 days. Until then, click Cancel the deletion and everything carries on as normal.
- After that, your name, email, phone, resume and certificates are erased.
- Invoices, payments and audit records are kept because the law requires it, stripped of anything that identifies you.
Good to know
You can also download your data from Account & security, and close your account from Privacy and my data in the mobile app.
