Change your name, email, phone or password

Account & security holds your name, sign-in details and password.

Change your name, email or phone

1. Open Account & security from the account menu.
2. Under Your details, edit Full name, Email or Phone.
3. To change your email or mobile number, also enter your Current password.
4. Click Save changes.

Changing your email or mobile signs you out everywhere else.

Confirm a new email

1. We send a 6-digit code to the new address.
2. Enter it in the yellow box at the top and click Confirm.

Until you confirm, your old address stays your sign-in email. Use Send a code for a new code, or Cancel the change.

Change your password

1. Under Change password, enter your Current password.
2. Enter a New password of at least 10 characters and confirm it.
3. Click Update password.

Forgot it? Use Reset by email instead, or reset it from the sign-in page.

Good to know

• Account activity lists recent sign-ins and anything our team did to your account.
• If our support team proposes a new mobile number for you, nothing changes until you confirm it with your password. If you did not ask for it, click Turn it down and write to Support.
