Screening service for a whole shortlist

Send us a shortlist and our expert interviewers screen each candidate for you. You get a written report with a score for every candidate within a few working days; the page tells you the exact time.

Create a batch

1. Open Screening service from the menu.
2. Enter a Batch name.
3. Choose Who are they: freshers go to our regular panel, experienced candidates to senior interviewers. The price per candidate is shown.
4. Choose a Role, or Not role-specific.
5. In What should we probe for, paste the JD or note the three things that matter most.
6. Click Create.

Add candidates and pay

1. Open the batch.
2. Under Upload your list, choose a .csv or .xlsx file. Columns name and phone are required; email and notes are optional.
3. Click Upload. Nothing imports unless every row is clean; the page lists any problem rows.
4. Check What it comes to, add a coupon if you have one, and click Pay and start.

Follow progress

The batch shows candidates, booked, interviewed and reports received. We contact each candidate directly with their time. Reports appear under Interview reports, and Export reports downloads them.

Good to know

• Nothing is charged for a batch you never send.
• An unpaid batch goes back to a draft after two days.
