Find past applicants again
Search everyone who ever applied to your jobs, see how far they got, and invite them to apply for a job you have open now.
Past applicants lists everyone who has applied to any of your jobs, plus the people you imported, one row per person. It is free.
Steps
- Open Past applicants from the menu.
- Search by headline, job or skills, or by name, mobile or email where you can see the contact.
- Filter by skill or by your own tags.
- Sort by Got as far as to find people who reached an interview, or by Last applied.
- Tick the people you want.
- Choose Invite to apply for one of your live jobs.
They receive the job and decide whether to apply.
Good to know
- You need at least one live job to invite people.
- Names and contact details show where the person shared them with you, as on your applicants list.
- Tags are added on each applicant's page. See Notes, stars and tags.
