Campus drive invitations and shortlists

Colleges on Grohire invite you to their placement drives. You find the invitations under Campus hiring.

Reply to an invitation

1. Open Campus hiring from the menu.
2. Under Placement drive invitations, click an invitation marked Reply needed.
3. Click Batch strengths deck to read the batch in totals.
4. Click Accept and see the shortlist, or Decline.

After you accept

• Students shortlisted for you lists each student by name with branch, CGPA, stage and GH Score (the score shows with a credit pack or plan).
• A student appears once they have agreed to share their profile with you. The page says how many more are on the drive and have not agreed yet.
• The college updates the stages as the drive runs.
• Placement cell contact shows who to reach. Contact with students during a drive goes through the placement cell.

Record an offer

1. Next to a student, open Record an offer.
2. Enter the role offered, the package, the offer date and the expected joining date.
3. Click Save.

Good to know

If your company is not verified yet, you can reply now, but the students are shown once you are verified.
