Pay for a plan from a payment link

Our partnerships team can offer your agency a plan for a longer term by sending a private payment link by email. The link shows the plan, its term, what it includes and the amount before you pay.

Steps

1. Open the link from the email (it also appears in your Grohire notifications).
2. Check the plan name, term and what it includes.
3. Click Sign in to pay and sign in with your agency's Grohire login.
4. If Grohire has published an agency agreement you have not accepted yet, accept it.
5. Click Pay and complete the payment by card, UPI or net banking.
6. The plan starts as soon as the payment goes through, and a GST invoice in your agency's name is issued.

Good to know

• The link only works for the agency it was made for. If you are signed in with another account, you are asked to sign out and sign in with your agency's login.
• Plans are paid by the account owner. If you are a teammate, pass the link to your owner.
• Each link has an end date, shown at the bottom of the page.
• If you already have a plan running, the new one is added after it.

If something goes wrong

• "This link has expired" or "This link has been withdrawn": ask your Grohire contact for a new link, or write to Support.
• "This plan has already been paid": nothing more to do. Check Plan & billing.
