Plans and candidate unlocks explained
What you can do as a free partner, what an agency plan adds, and how unlocks work.
Expert interviews and talent-pool search are open to every partner agency. A paid plan adds full-profile unlocks and a discount on every expert interview.
Free partner
- Expert interviews at list price.
- Search the talent pool by job role and skill.
- Your invite link, and your own candidates' progress.
- Names and contact details in the pool stay hidden.
What a plan adds
- A number of candidate unlocks for the plan's term.
- Each unlock shows the candidate's name, phone, email and resume.
- Their exact GH Score and skill-test results.
- A discount on every expert interview you book while the plan runs.
How unlocks work
- Find a candidate in Find candidates. Their card shows a GH Score band, not their name.
- Open their profile and click Unlock with 1 of your ... unlocks.
- Confirm. One unlock is used and the full profile opens.
Good to know
- You never pay twice for the same person. Once unlocked, a candidate stays open to you, even after your plan ends.
- The candidate is told that your agency viewed their profile. Contact them only about suitable roles.
- Plans, unlocks and interviews are shared by everyone on your agency's team.
