Invite your own candidates

Candidates you already work with can join Grohire for free through your invite link. They build a profile and take skill tests, and you follow their progress under My candidates.

Share your link

1. Open My candidates from the menu (the link is also on the dashboard under Bring your own candidates).
2. Copy the link from Your invite link.
3. Send it to your candidates by email or WhatsApp. They appear under My candidates as soon as they sign up.

Invite from a spreadsheet

1. On My candidates, click Invite from a list.
2. Prepare a CSV with the columns name, mobile, email. A header row is fine.
3. Choose the file under Upload a list and click Upload and send invites.
4. We email each person your invite link and show a summary: added, already on your list, already on Grohire, and lines skipped.
5. If some are still waiting, click Send again under Still to send.

Good to know

• Up to 500 lines per file, and files up to 1 MB.
• Nobody is invited twice, and people who already have a Grohire account are not emailed.
• People with only a mobile number are not emailed. Send them your link yourself.
• The table shows each person's status: Not sent yet, Invited, Joined, Already on Grohire or Email failed.
