Follow your candidates' progress
See the profile, skill tests and GH Score of candidates who joined through your link, and book expert interviews for them.
My candidates lists everyone who joined Grohire through your invite link, by name. They were told your agency would see their progress.
Steps
- Open My candidates from the menu.
- See the totals: Joined through you, With a GH Score and Interview Verified.
- Each row shows profile completion, skill tests taken, GH Score and interviews booked.
- Click Open on a candidate.
- On their page, see Progress on Grohire and Skill tests.
- Click Book an expert interview to get a verified report. The result also counts towards their GH Score.
Good to know
- Contact details are not shown here; you already have them from your own relationship.
- You get a notification when one of your candidates joins.
- If a candidate stops sharing with agencies, they stay listed by name, but their progress is hidden and new interviews cannot be booked. You keep the reports you paid for before then.
