Agency analytics: funnel, unlocks and spend
See what your interest checks, unlocks and interviews turned into, how your team used unlocks, and what you spent each month.
Analytics shows what your plan and interviews turned into over a period you choose.
Steps
- Open Analytics from the menu.
- Choose 3 months, 6 months or 12 months at the top.
What you see
- Funnel: Asked (interest checks), Said yes, Unlocked, Expert interviews paid, Reports received, Placed, and Still working at 90 days.
- Unlocks against your plans: unlocks used out of those bought in the period, and how many are left on your current plan.
- Unlocks by teammate: who on your team used them.
- Spend by month: plans and expert interviews, including GST, less refunds.
Good to know
- The placement figures come from what you record in Placements, so keep check-ins up to date.
