Guest interview links for candidates without an account
Book an interview for anyone by name and mobile number. We send them a private link; no sign-up needed.
Your candidate does not need a Grohire account. Book by name and mobile number, and they join the interview through a private guest link.
Steps
- Book the interview and choose Not on Grohire: enter their details below (or use Book interviews for a list).
- Enter their Candidate name, Mobile number and, if you have it, Email.
- Pay for the interview.
- We send the candidate their private link by WhatsApp and email.
- To see or resend the link yourself, open the interview from Expert interviews. It is under How the candidate joins.
Candidates with an account
Someone on Grohire (your own candidate or one you unlocked) joins from their own account, under Expert interviews. Their result also counts towards their GH Score.
If something goes wrong
- If we could not reach a guest candidate, you are told in your notifications. Copy the link from the interview page and send it to them yourself.
- Check the mobile number is right before you pay; it is how the link reaches them.
- "This person can't be booked through Grohire right now" means the number or email belongs to someone who cannot be booked by your agency at the moment. Nothing is charged. We cannot say why: it is their choice to make.
