Book an expert interview for one candidate

An expert interview is a live video interview with a verified industry professional. You get a written report with a score out of 10 and a recommendation, ready to forward to your client.

Steps

1. Click Book an expert interview on the dashboard, or open Expert interviews and click Book an interview.
2. Under 1. Interview level, choose Fresher level or Experienced level. Each shows its length and price.
3. Under 2. The candidate, either pick Someone on Grohire (your own candidates, and unlocked candidates) or choose Not on Grohire: enter their details below.
4. For someone not on Grohire, enter Candidate name, Mobile number and, optionally, Email.
5. Optionally choose For requirement. The candidate is added to that requirement at Screening.
6. Optionally fill in What should the interviewer focus on?, for example the role and what your client cares about.
7. Under 3. A time for the candidate, pick a time.
8. Click Book and pay and complete the payment.

What happens next

• We confirm an interviewer and tell the candidate.
• Both sides are reminded 30 minutes before.
• The report usually arrives the same day as the interview, and we notify you.

Good to know

• Can't find your candidate in the list? Type part of their name in Find one of your candidates by name and click Find.
• If no slots are shown, try the other level or check again tomorrow.
• Your plan's discount is applied automatically; the price is shown before you pay.
