How a recruiting agency gets a Grohire account
Agency accounts are set up by our partnerships team. Request a call from the For recruiters page and we create your partner login.
There is no self-serve sign-up for recruiting agencies. You tell us about your agency, and our partnerships team sets up a partner account for you. Joining is free.
Steps
- Open the For recruiters page.
- Fill in the Partner with Grohire form: Your name, Mobile, and optionally Email and Anything we should know (for example the roles and volumes you recruit for).
- Click Request a call.
- Our partnerships team calls you back, usually within one working day.
- Once we have set up your agency, you receive your sign-in email and a temporary password.
- Sign in at Sign in and choose your own password. See Your first sign-in.
What a new account includes
- Every agency starts as a Free partner: you can book expert interviews, search the talent pool by job role and skill, and invite your own candidates.
- Names and contact details in the talent pool stay hidden until you unlock them with a plan. See Plans and candidate unlocks.
Good to know
- Leaving your number on the form does not create an account by itself. We set up the account after we have spoken to you.
- If our team has sent you a private payment link for a plan, you still need your agency login to pay it. See Pay for a plan from a payment link.
