Edit, duplicate, pause, close or renew a job

You manage each job from Jobs. Every job card shows its status, views, applicants and when it closes.

Edit a job

1. Click Edit on the job.
2. Change what you need and click Save changes.

Once people have applied, the Job title and Role stay as they are. You can still change the description, salary, location and the rest.

Duplicate a job

Click Duplicate. It copies everything, screening questions included, into a new job you can edit. Use it to hire for a similar or different role.

Pause and resume

1. Click Pause on a live job. It comes off the site but keeps its applicants.
2. Click Resume to put it back. This never uses a free post.

Close a job

1. Click Close and confirm.
2. The job comes off the site, and applicants still waiting are told it is filled or closed.

Renew after 60 days

A live job closes on its own after 60 days. Click Renew for 60 days to publish it again. This uses one of this month's free posts, or is a paid option when they are used. See Free job posts each month.

If something goes wrong

If a job says our team paused or took it down, you cannot publish it again from here. Write to us from Support.
