Share a report with your client by private link

Instead of a PDF, you can send your client a private link that opens the report with your agency's name on it.

Steps

1. Open the interview from Expert interviews. Only a paid interview with its report filed can be shared.
2. Scroll to Share with your client.
3. In Who it is for (only you see this), type the client's name.
4. In Works for, choose 3, 7, 14 or 30 days.
5. Click Make link.
6. Copy the link straight away. For safety it is shown only once.
7. Send it to your client by email or chat.

What your client sees

The candidate's report: score, recommendation, assessed areas and comments, under your agency's name. The interview recording is included only if the candidate agreed to be recorded. Your client does not need a Grohire account.

Track and switch off links

• The table under the form shows each link, Works until, and Opened (how many times and when last).
• Click Switch off to stop a link immediately.
• An expired or switched-off link shows "This report is not available" and asks your client to contact you for a new one.

Good to know

• If you lose a link, make a new one; the old one can't be shown again.
