Track or withdraw your applications
See every application, the stage it is at and its history, and withdraw one if you change your mind.
My applications shows every job you applied to and each stage the employer moves it through.
Track an application
- Open My applications from the menu.
- The top shows your totals: all applications, active, at interview stage and offers.
- Each card shows the stage on the usual path: Applied, In review, Interview, Interviewed, Offer, Hired.
- The timeline below lists every change with its date.
Anything that needs an answer from you comes first: interview times to pick, interview invitations, skill tests an employer asked for and offers.
Good to know about stages
- If a company tells us how fast it usually replies, the card says so while you wait.
- If an application is rejected and the employer gave a reason, it is shown.
- A Contact kept private badge means that employer cannot see your contact details for this application.
Withdraw an application
- Find the application in My applications.
- Click Withdraw and confirm.
Withdrawing cannot be undone. The employer can no longer move your application, any interviews booked for that job are cancelled, and the employer is told.
