Employer interview rounds: pick a time, accept or move
Answer an interview invitation, or pick your own time from the slots an employer offers. Join online rounds on Grohire.
Employers run their own interview rounds. You see them at the top of My applications.
Pick an interview time
- In My applications, find Pick an interview time.
- Click Pick a time.
- Click the time you want. Times are in IST, and each goes to whoever picks it first.
To move it, click Move to another time on the invitation and pick another time. The old time is freed for someone else. To cancel, add an optional reason and click Cancel. The employer is told.
Answer an invitation with a set time
- Find the Interview invitation card.
- Click Accept, or write a note and click Request another time.
Asking for another time does not withdraw your application. To change your answer later, open Change my answer and click I can no longer make it or This time works after all.
Join the round
- On Grohire, by video: click Join the interview. It works from 10 minutes before the start.
- By meeting link: click Open the meeting link.
- In person: the card shows the venue.
Use Add to calendar to save it.
Good to know
- If no times are left, message the employer to ask for another. See Messages with employers.
- An employer may also arrange a paid expert interview for you. It appears under Expert interviews, is free for you and counts toward your GH Score.
